when can I expect my order?
at this time orders are processed between 2-3 business days with additional time in transit. processing and transit times may vary during peak season.
what if my order is a gift?
orders are shipped out without pricing. we are working on the ability to include a gift note.
do you offer local pickup or delivery?
we do offer a local pick up option at all three of our brick and mortar locations. just choose the "local pickup" option at checkout and we'll send you an email when it's ready.
do you allow returns and exchanges?
IN-STORE
we gladly accept returns on items purchased in store within fourteen days of the original purchase date. all refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. all items must be returned in original condition.
all plants, sale and personal care goods are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
ONLINE
we gladly accept returns if received by Ivy Court within fourteen days of delivery date. all refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. customer is responsible for return postage.
